Rules & Policies
- Black-soled, dark colour, marking shoes or street shoes are not allowed for playing on the court surface. Only indoor court shoes are permitted. If unsure about proper footwear, please feel free to consult with any of our staff members.
- Payment must be made for court reservations at the time of booking. Visa/Mastercard are the only accepted forms of payment for phone reservations.
- 24 hour notice is required for a in store credit for any court rental cancellations. Please be sure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your playing time to avoid being charged.
- All court rentals are for public use and not to be used for private lessons except by those appointed by the teaching pro at the Centre.
- Payment for drop-in charges must be received prior to playing.
- No outside food or drink is to be brought in and consumed within the Centre.
Booking Procedures
- Reservations: Payment must be made at the time of booking.
- Cancellations: 24 hours in advance notice is required for an in store credit. To avoid being charged for a court reservation or private lesson you cannot use, please be sure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to your booking time.
- Private Lessons / Group Lessons: All court rentals are for members practice/play and not be used for private lessons or group lessons except by those appointed by teaching pro at the Centre.
