MATERS PROGRAM – How To Advance

To advance to a new level of accreditation, the student must pass a supervised “test” by a ClearOne instructor of the appropriate level.

Tests taken before the competitive, physical or theoretical requirements have been completed cannot be used to advance to the next level.

In such cases, the student must take the test over after the appropriate materials, requirements or results have been completed.

Tests are available on the second last day of every ClearOne program. As well, there will be a testing schedule periodically throughout the year and students may enroll for such tests as often as they wish.

Tests have both an objective and subjective component. A student may be failed based on the instructor’s opinion that the techniques, tactical abilities or attitude are not befitting the level of accreditation sought by the student.
